Delivery

• We use third party professional delivery services.
• Prices will vary depending on delivery distance, and if you require installation and/or removal of old applicances. Ask a store associate for availability of services and dates of delivery.
• Delivery is typically fulfilled within three days.

Pickup

• Bring a safe vehicle, ID, sales order, vehicle packing material, padding, and rope.
• Our warehouse personnel will assist with loading, but securing the merchandise is your responsibility.
• Inspect your furniture before leaving the store, as we aren't responsible for damage once it leaves the store.
• Some merchandise may require assembly or installation.
• Pick up is generally available within 30 minutes of completing your purchase online, or immediately in store.
