Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel your order for a full refund right up to 6:PM one day before delivery or pick up day.
• Delivery items can be canceled up until 6:PM the day before they ship.

Standard Return Policy & Limited Warranty:

• We value your satisfaction. Once you receive your appliace, returns are limited to specific cases.
• Enjoy a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the original receipt date by registering your appliance, and contacting the manufacturer directly.
• Appliance Warehouse Direct specifically disclaims any liability for damages or injuries that result from pick up, delivery and installation.
• Our products are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect, or from damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage.

• All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the manufacturer warranty. Appliance Warehouse Direct expressly disclaims all other warranties express or implied and expressly disclaims any liability for incidental and consequential damages.
• Your state may provide additional legal rights beyond this limited warranty.
• Merchandise purchased from Appliance Warehouse Direct that is not brand-new or factory-fresh is sold “as-is,” and is excluded from this limited warranty and service policy. There is no exchange, warranty (express or implied), refund, return or service for such items. You assume all risks as to the quality and performance of such items. You also assume the entire cost of all servicing and repair should such item prove defective following your purchase.

• Appliances sales are final without return, service, or refund options. Exchanges may be considered within 72 hours of original purchase.
• Delivery costs for appliance exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Accessory Items:

• Acessory items purchased from Appliance Warehouse Direct can be exchanged in their original unopened package within 72 hours of original purchase.

• For pickups:

• • Bring a safe vehicle, ID, sales order, vehicle packing material, padding, and rope.
  • Our warehouse personnel will assist with loading, but securing the merchandise is your responsibility.
  • Inspect your furniture before leaving the store, as we aren't responsible for damage once it leaves the store.
  • Some merchandise may require assembly or installation.
  Protecting Your Privacy:
  • We respect your privacy and will only use your contact information to communicate with you about Appliance Warehouse Direct and third party delivery, and as further described in our Privacy Policy.
  • By providing your contact information to Appliance Warehouse Direct, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and permit us to use voice call, text message, email or other mode to contact you regarding your order, or promotional material specific to Appliance Warehouse Direct.
  • You can opt out of marketing texts and communications at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Resolution of Disputes:

• Any claims or disagreements between you and Appliance Warehouse Direct arising out of, or relating to, this agreement or any products or services purchased from Appliance Warehouse Direct will be resolved through arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
• You agree to waive your right to have a judge or jury decide your claim.
• You and Appliance Warehouee Direct further agree to bring any claim on an individual basis only.
• Neither you nor Appliance Warehouse Direct will serve as a class representative, join as a class member, or otherwise participate as a plaintiff in any class, mass, consolidated, or private attorney general action or arbitration.
